I’ve been “taking it easy” after my TEDx talk (a fabulous event & the link will be up when we have it) recently.
I’m also a recovering high achiever, so “easy” is relative. It’s such an interesting topic.
I don’t like it when a well meaning person says “take it easy,” if I’ve forgotten how. Even worse is “lighten up!”
I practice with this quote that’s in my bathroom:
“Easy is right. Begin right and you are easy. Continue easy and you are right.
The right way to go easy is to forget the right way and forget that the going is easy.”
