Online Business Manager

Manage the Operations and Team Communications of the Company


Objectives

Manage Daily Operations

Manage Team and Team Communications

Manage Marketing Implementation

Oversee Program Content Delivery

 

Manage Daily Operations

Manage communications flow through Basecamp, Quip and Google Docs

Manage Basecamp production calendar

Manage customer service process, provide solutions as needed

Manage invoice collections / declined payments

Manage product line (LoomCraft, Vervante)

Verify that all orders are filled and shipped by vendors weekly

Manage travel arrangements for the company


Manage Team and Team Communications

Create meeting agendas to ensure we have all we need to launch/deliver a program

Lead team and operations meetings

Report on all weekly progress during team meeting

Oversee and designate work to other contractors

Writing and developing processes, templates, checklists

Schedule speaking calls in Basecamp / Google with all call details


Manage Marketing Implementation

Transcribe and create quarterly marketing plan

Load plan into Basecamp and assign To-Do’s

Ensure all tasks pertaining to all programs, launches, events, speaking are current in Basecamp

Oversee broadcast email and newsletter template creation


Oversee Program Content Delivery

Oversee all membership benefits and their delivery

Manage customer profiles and payments, update program memberships (add and remove people)

Set up webinars

Set up bridgeline for all classes / trainings / preview calls

Ensure everyone has the correct bridgeline numbers and pins

Check Google Calendar and get SKYPE id’s from international clients

Manage Amazon S3 account – set up buckets, upload files, upload videos

Update member areas with copy / video links etc.. after each webinar

Post call replays in member areas, send call replay emails


Number of Hours:

60 hours per month 


Availability:

Company operates in the California time zone.

Prefer someone in North American time zones.
