  1. I’ll be out of town and won’t have access to email during the program. Will I be able to access the materials when I return?
    You will receive one single download after your purchase, which includes both the links to the audio MP3 and the Guidebook. All links will remain active indefinitely.
  2. Can I print out the materials?
    Yes! You can print everything (except my audio recordings, LOL).
  3. What is the sound quality of the audio?

  4. Can I give SARK-In-Your-Pocket as a gift?

  5. Do you have any testimonials about SARK’s ePrograms?

  6. I live outside of the United States. Can I still sign up?
    YES! Simply sign up in the regular way!
  7. I’m ready! What methods of payment can I use?
    We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, or Paypal.
  8. How do I get the course materials after I complete my payment?
    After you complete your payment, you’ll be taken to a download page where you can download your instructions for completing your enrollment. A link to the download page will also be sent to your email address, with the subject line, “Downloading your Digital Product”. This download page will remain active for 24 hours. If the download page has expired, please contact my assistant, Trisha, at Trisha@PlanetSARK.com and she can assist you.
  9. How do I know if my payment went through?
    You’ll receive two confirmation emails from us: one confirming your payment, and another with the link to download the product. If you have any questions about this, please contact my assistant, Trisha, at Trisha@PlanetSARK.com and she can assist you. Be sure to let her know which program you’re asking about. 🙂

  11. I don’t have a Paypal account – can I still sign up?
    Yes – we now have non-Paypal options, too! We accept payment via Mastercard or Visa, or with your Paypal account.
  12. I can’t play the recordings from SARK.
    You’ll need a media player in order to download/play the audio. You can download a free realplayer here: www.real.com
  13. What is your refund/cancellation policy?
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience with SARK ePrograms. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by writing my assistant, Trisha Marcy, at Trisha@PlanetSARK.com
