Today I send you a sweet nap that you take at the bottom of a sun-warmed canoe. Someone else is paddling, and you are going somewhere, but it doesn’t matter when you get there. You can just lie there and admire the sky, or drift off to sleep and play with your dreams. As you continue to glide across the water, you relax more and more deeply into a state of timeless wonder. Your body feels light and strong and flexible.
Take a deep breath and imagine what this feels like. I think of this kind of bliss as awakened vulnerability.
