Planet SARK is seeking an Experienced, Effective Operations Director with an Internet Marketing mind!

Changes are underway at Planet SARK and I'm looking for an Experienced, Effective Operations Director to bring Planet SARK to its next level of contribution.

The right candidate…

* Works from own home office - a plus if you work in San Francisco Bay area, but not essential

* Resonates strongly with the Planet SARK brand

* Is a self starter who is able to work swiftly

* Has the ability to exercise discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy and maintain confidentiality while interacting with executives, peers, customers, and all levels of staff (this is crucial to success)

* Maintains exceptional organizational, communication, and computer skills. Word, Excel, Outlook, are required; html and CMS experience preferred. Proficiency in MACs is required.

* Is able to remain calm, flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient in a fast-paced and quick environment.

* Has proven experience managing multiple projects

* Inhabits natural creative entrepreneurial inclinations and capacities

* Possesses strong interpersonal skills , remaining open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things

* Has excellent written communication skills

* Has experience with presenting numerical data effectively

* Has an appreciation and understanding of the very nature of creative process, and is proficient and experienced in working with creative people

* Offers excellent planning/organizing abilities – prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently

* Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and quality control

* Is highly adaptable, adapting to changes in the work environment, delays and unexpected events

* Has keen problem solving skills, indentifying and resolving problems in a timely manner
